When you contact us to schedule your storage service, our customer service team gathers the details of your storage needs and schedules a date and time for the pick-up of your furniture items that fits your schedule. We also send you guidelines for preparing your furniture items for pick-up and storage.
On moving day, the Metro White Glove team meets you at the pick-up location. The team does an inspection of the items to be stored and then loads them onto our truck. We provide packing and crating solutions for securely storing and transporting furniture items as well.
After your items are loaded onto the truck, we will transport your items to your local Metro White Glove storage hub location. The items will be safely stored in our warehouse.
A week before your scheduled delivery date, the customer service team will call you to schedule a delivery time that fits your schedule. Upon arrival at the delivery location, our experienced white glove service team will unload your furniture items. The team will set up your furniture items and conduct a final inspection of the items with you to make sure they are placed as you would like before completing the service with your signature for validation of delivery.
